Our work culture has a systemic-constructivist foundation: Tour extrem considers companies as live,
social systems that are characterized by their own organized structures. This is why we always develop
individual concepts that are customized to fit specific situations.
The central aim of our training programs is to advance all aspects of each individual's character and the
capacity to make decisions and take action. The basis of this concept is the belief that each person has
the innate wish to develop his skills and, in fact, possesses the necessary skills to do so. We activate
those resources while, at the same time, generating specific and powerful impulses for further development.
We do, however, let participants decide what is helpful to them, what they are prepared to accept and
implement. From a constructivist standpoint, each person builds his own view of reality depending
on his experiences. Based on this viewpoint, we consider each participant to be the best judge of
his world. That is why we consciously avoid any judgment of "correct" or "incorrect" decisions. In
our view, this is the best prerequisite for problem-solving with an immediate and an enduring effect.
