It takes movement and vibration to set a process in motion. In other words, if you want to change your perspective or learn something new, you have to leave behind the microcosm of your usual workday and routine.
Outdoor training, which is rooted in experiential pedagogy, is a fairly new and modern form of training outside the workplace and usually takes place in a natural setting. We use outdoor elements to detect patterns of interaction with others and also as a creative experimental platform that uses physical, psychological and social challenges to facilitate new learning and action-oriented experiences. Physical fitness is not the key factor here, but personal commitment, the ability to develop constructive solutions and communication skills within the team. These experiences open up new ways to see oneself and others. Besides, they include adventure, action and fun, too.
By the way: Many outdoor activities can easily be conducted indoors, such as in a building or on a site.
All our outdoor seminars are led and planned by experienced, qualified outdoor trainers.
